LOBOS will be using a new goal keeper coach this year. His name is Blake Reedy. Blake was a four year starting goalkeeper for Eisenhower High School, during which he achieved all-state honors. Upon graduating from high school, he was a goalkeeper for Valparaiso University. Blake is currently the coach of the freshmen boys soccer team at Eisenhower. He has been involved in numerous soccer camps, specializing in keepertraining.The plan is start keeper training on Friday, August 17, and continuing this every Friday until October 19th, except for Friday, August 31 (Labor Day weekend)U8 through U11 train from 5:30-6:30, U12 through U18 will train from 6:30-7:30.LOBOS Coaches, it is expected that your keepers attend this training. Chris and Matt will be monitoring the goal keepers play in games and will touch base with Coach Blake on a regular basis to make sure that the keeper curriculum is aligns with what they see in games.Dates of training:August 17August 24September 7September 14September 21September 28October 5October 12October 19Please have your players contact Blake directly so that he can keep track of emails and correspond with the keepers.
