The fee includes:

| 4 | Coaches Tournament per diem & hotel |
| 5 | Referee Fees |
| 6 | Field rental |
| 7 | Field painting |
| 8 | 2 Tournaments per year (1 for high school teams and U8's) |
| 9 | Winter Indoor Training at a local facility |
| 10 | Heart Smart Screening with DMC |
| 11 | Goal Keeper Training |
| 12 | Non-Resident Fees |
| 13 | Orion Township application fees |
| 14 | Administration fees |
| 15 | All misc fees ( add/drop player, dual roster, club equipment and supplies) |
| 16 | One Call now subscription |
| 17 | Professional fees (Accounting and Taxes) |
| 18 | Referee Assigning |
Payments are:
U8 $330 due on July 1, Sept 1, and Feb 1
U9 through U14 $580 due on July 1, Sept 1, and Feb 1
U15 - U18 girls $580 due in July 1, $410 due on Sept 1
U15 - U18 boys $495 due on July 1, $495 due on Feb 1
